12.01am (AEDT) on 13/11/2019 to 11.59pm (AEDT) on 3/12/2019.

All gifts must be claimed by 11.59pm (AEDT) on 04/12/2019 (Nomination End Date).

Who can nominate?

Only ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA residents who are aged 18 or over.

Who can't nominate?

Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:

  1. the Promoter; and
  2. the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this offer including BWS, Liquorland and First Choice.

Where will the offer run?

The offer will run in participating BWS, Liquorland and First Choice outlets (Outlets) in ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA.

Selected Outlets are excluded in WA. See the website for a full list of participating Outlets.



Qualifying Purchase

Any 750ml bottle of Grant Burge Premium Cuvee, Grant Burge Pinot Noir Chardonnay, Grant Burge Pinot Noir Chardonnay Rose, Grant Burge 5th Generation, Grant Burge Barossa Ink, Grant Burge Vigneron Collection and Grant Burge Wines of Distinction

Your Qualifying Purchase will determine the product/s eligible to be claimed as outlined below in 'Gifts'.

Nomination instructions

To nominate, you must:

  1. during the Offer Period, make a Qualifying Purchase from an Outlet and collect your itemised purchase receipt; and
  2. visit the Website by the Nomination End Date, locate the nomination page and fill out and submit the online nomination form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt, nominating a friend/family member (who must be aged 18 or over) and providing a full name, valid email address and mobile phone number for the friend/family member in order for them to receive a gift, and providing all other requested information.

Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Offer Period before you submitted your nomination).

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting a nomination, including having the requisite photograph capability.

You must only provide the names, email addresses and mobile phone numbers of friends/family members aged 18 or over, who have given their implied or express consent to receive an email from the Promoter.

How are gifts awarded?

Once your nomination is validated, the friend/family member you nominated will receive a gift via email and/or mobile phone number (Gift Recipient).

You, as nominator, will receive a confirmation email confirming when the Gift has been sent via email and/or mobile phone number to your Gift Recipient.


Gift Recipients will receive a unique barcode voucher to redeem a free bottle of wine from the same Grant Burge sub-range (subject to availability) as outlined in the table below:

Gift Recipients must redeem their Gift from the same retailer at which you made your Qualifying Purchase, i.e if you made your Qualifying Purchase at a BWS Outlet, your Gift Recipient can only use their voucher at a BWS Outlet (but it does not have to be the same store/location, online excluded).

There is a limit of 3 Gifts per Gift Recipient.

How many times can I nominate?

You can only nominate one Gift Recipient.

Gift redemption

All Gifts must be claimed by 15/12/2019.

How and when will Gift recipients be informed?

Gift Recipients will receive an email or SMS with details of how to claim their Gift via email within 3 business days of the nomination being validated.

Proof of purchase

You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all nominations:

  • original itemised purchase receipt(s).

If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all nominations when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your nominations and you will lose any right to a gift.

Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your nomination.

If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your nominations will be invalid and your Gift Recipient/s will lose any right to a gift/s.

Collection and use of your personal information

You and (if applicable) your Gift Recipient must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You/your Gift Recipient consent to the Promoter using your name/s and image/s in any promotional or advertising activity.

The Promoter will collect your/your Gift Recipient's personal information (including through its contractors or agents) and disclose your/your Gift Recipient's personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this offer and communicating with you/your Gift Recipient. If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging. You can update your personal information or request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you by contacting the Promoter. All correspondence should be to the attention of the Privacy Officer. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy can be obtained from the Promoter or from the Promoter’s website at www.accolade-wines.com and contains information about:

  1. how you can seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you/them and seek the correction of such information;
  2. how you can complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint; and
  3. whether the personal information the Promoter holds will be provided to overseas companies, and if so, in which countries those companies are located.

Responsible drinking

Enjoy alcohol responsibly. Where relevant, your participation in this offer may be subject to the liquor serving policy of businesses conducting the offer and/or providing the gift.

All advertising material for this offer will include a message regarding responsible consumption of alcohol.

  1. Your nomination must be received during the Offer Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. You will receive a return message confirming your nomination. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with nominating. If you nominate Gift Recipients using automatically generated nominations or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.


  1. Gifts and all elements of gifts must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. Gifts are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including the validity period.


  1. Any failure by you or (if applicable) your Gift Recipient to comply with the conditions imposed by the gift supplier(s) may result in the gift being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the gift supplier(s).
  2. If you or your nomination are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions, your nomination may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your nomination (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
  3. You must not:
    1. tamper with the nomination process;
    2. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the offer;
    3. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
    4. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this offer;
    5. breach any law; or
    6. behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate. 
  4. The Promoter is not liable for nominations, gift claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
  5. The Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this offer is final.
  6. Gifts cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all gifts (and elements of gifts) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. You agree that if a gift (or element of a gift) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value.
  7. If this offer cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the offer or disqualify affected nominators.
  8. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a gift. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this offer results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.


  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  2. Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this offer are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this offer or any gift, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
  3. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this offer are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of gift/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed gift/s. Unless otherwise specified, gift/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.
  4. This offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
